We’re hiring a product designer with exceptional UI and interaction craft to work hand in hand with our engineers and Co-founder in Malmö, building a world-class AI product from offices in London and Malmö.

What we're building

Every business depends on getting paid. Behind that sits a lot of manual work: answering billing questions, chasing payments, resolving disputes, matching cash. Paraglide builds AI agents that take on this work, so finance teams can spend their time on decisions rather than admin.

Our ambition is to build the best product in this space, one that finance teams genuinely enjoy using and that sets the standard for how people work with AI agents. We’re designing for a new era of software. Interfaces are no longer only about buttons and forms. They’re about showing how an agent thinks: its reasoning, its confidence, what it’s about to do and why. As agents take on more of the work, the interface becomes the place where people direct, review and trust them. How do you make an agent’s thought process visible without overwhelming people? When should it ask, and when should it act? How do you make autonomous work with real money feel clear and safe? We’ve built strong answers to these questions, and we keep raising the bar. This is the core of the role.

What you'll do

• Own the UI: typography, colour, layout, spacing, states and finish

• Design the micro-interactions, motion and feedback that make the product feel responsive and beautiful

• Develop new interaction patterns for reviewing, approving and correcting AI work

• Use AI tools to prototype and iterate quickly

• Help shape the design system with our founding designer

What we're looking for

• Strong visual and interaction craft, shown in a portfolio of shipped work

• Care for detail, from alignment and type to loading and empty states

• Comfort prototyping in or close to code, and working closely with engineers

• The ability to make complex workflows simple

• High standards for your own work, and the pace to match

Nice to have

• 2–3 years + of product design experience, ideally in a startup

• Experience with AI products, B2B SaaS or data-heavy tools

• Motion design skills

• Interest in fintech or finance operations
